Tipper Systems Overview
The control system & pump will be mounted in a small electrical enclosure that will be mounted to the tipper frame. Two assemblies of three spray nozzles will be mounted to both sides of the discharge end of the tipper frame to mask the odors as the debris dumps. A three position switch will be mounted near the operator station. This switch will allow two modes of operation and also allow the operator to disable the system. The two modes of operation are manual (constant spraying) & automatic (the system will only run when the tipper is inclined and a timed sequence can be configured). A 500 gallon poly tank will be plumbed to the pump to provide the our Odor Neutralizer.
