NCM Odor Control System Gallery

We at NCM offer an excellent high-pressure delivery system that we designed and build to meet the specific requirements of our customers. We have experience installing this system in 100 locations. This system is simple to operate; it is designed to allow the site operators to set the automatic controls and not to worry about odor control. We use a high-pressure pump (1100 psi max operating pressure) to deliver the diluted product to the linear spray line with a marine grade UV resistant high pressure hose (3000 psi rated) designed for use with liquids. The nozzles that are used are designed to produce an atomizing disbursal of the liquid in a cone shape to aid in the interaction with the odors in the areas needing to be treated. These nozzles have an internal filter that aids in the prevention of blockages.

The odor control chemical is directly injected, by use of a Pulsafeeder pump, into the high-pressure pump allowing for point of use control of the particular ratio of odor control chemical to water to treat the odors present. The pump system has an onboard water filter system to clean the incoming water of any particles that might be present that could cause blockages or damage in the operating system. The system has a Seven Day Digital programmable timer that allows for operation without constant attention. This allows for operation of the odor control system on a 24 hour, seven-day schedule without operators having to attend to a schedule of manual operation. The system has minimal maintenance required to provide for long term worry free use in the control of your odor control operations.

NCM have been in the chemical business for 25 years and manufacture our own Odor Control Chemicals (SL-4000, Granules and etc.) in our 100,000 sq foot plant in New Jersey. This allows us to constantly control the quality of the product that we sell and not depend on others for implied quality. We designed and build the Odor Control System to be reliable and simple to operate, but we are always striving to improve the system with new improvements or options. NCM employs a staff of qualified specialists to assist you in any odor control problems, from service or repair for a system, assistance with odor compliance issues and sales. Thus providing you with a single source to contact for help with odor control issues.  Our products are Bio-degradable, non-flammable, and environmentally friendly and made from components that are on the GRAS list.

The ultimate benefit of the NCM Odor Control Systems and Chemicals is that, we at NCM, manufacture the Odor Neutralizing Chemicals in our own facilities, not mix some concentrate with water to create the odor control chemical. The product is manufactured to high QC standards with our on-site QC department. Our 100,000 sq ft plant is located in South River NJ and we are proud to show our customers where their product is made. At NCM we build, manufacture and represent our products locally so that if you need help with an odor problem we are there to assist you with any difficulty.

NCM has multiple versions of our Odor/Dust Control Systems.
We have engineered systems that are removable. Removable systems are designed to allow the customer to remove the unit and re-erect the unit at other parts of their facility or sites as needed. We have systems that are self-contained. Many times the source of the odor is too far away from electricity and water. We design and install systems that work with generators to produce electricity and water tanks to be a continuous supply of water.

At other sites we have customized a system to operate in multiple zones. We have the capabilities to have up to ten different operational zones within an enclosed structure. Each of these zones could be operated independently. This allows the customer to turn off zones in an area that is not in use. Our customers want to have zones on the exterior doors; these doors have control switches that operate a solenoid that opens a valve to start the nozzles spraying in order to manage any odors that are emitted through the open door. When the door closes the control switch terminates the flow to the nozzles.

As mentioned above, to maximize the effectiveness of multiple zones we can integrate a Seven Day Digital Timer into the system. This timer has the capability of up to140 different events that can be programmed over a seven-day period. This allows you to set the system for automatic operation or, at your option, to manually set the times that the system operates to control the malodors that are present at the site. This has the advantage of eliminating the responsibility of remembering to turn the system on and off without having to worry about violations.

We offered a customer the capability of having a spray down wand that allows the customer to spray down loaded trucks. This system was supplied to The Birmingham Waste Management Transfer Station. The system is used in the evening when the trucks are loaded and then parked until the next day, when they are then taken to a local landfill. The NCM SL-1000 that is sprayed on the loaded trucks aids in the elimination of elements that produce the odors.

At NCM we have the ability to evaluate your existing systems to insure that what is installed is still effective in managing the odors now present. This allows the customer to have an expert evaluate and provide professional service for their odor control systems that might need to be repaired or upgraded to maintain a good level of odor control for their sites.

As a customer of NCM, we provide you with our Odor Control consulting services at no charge. We take pride in our customer’s installations and are their partner in keeping the air clean, odor free and absent of complaints.
