SL-1000-Plus Odor Eliminator is a concentrate formulated to eliminate odor of sewage, sewage residuals, and/or by-products of sewage in wastewater treatment facilities.  The odor counteractant is composed of a combination of natural, synthetic and bio-chemical ingredients that neutralize or destroy the cause of malodors.

Residual wastes place an emphasis on decomposition of proteins, carbohydrates and fats through the use of bio-chemical/enzymatic activity.  When bacterially augmenting degradation, the application, and the genus of the bacillus are important.

SL-1000-Plus is formulated with a minimum of the six spore bacillus biostrains with broad-spectrum capability to perform in a wide variety of applications with a broad range of organic compounds.  This biostrain combination of bacillus spores allows the best performance and long term product stability.

The synergistic combination of bacillus spores has given superior properties in amylase, cellulose, lipase and protease activity.  This unique combination has excellent growth potential in oxygen-limited environments. SL-1000-Plus is a dual synthetic odor counteractant system designed to control and eliminate malodors.

OPTIMUM CONDITIONS FOR USE:
This product performs well in a pH range of 5.9 - 9.0 with an optimum near 7.5.  Temperature affects the activity of the working solution and the action increases with rising temperatures up to 1050F. Diminished activity can be expected below
400F.

DILUTION RATES:

  • Recommended rate of 500: 1
  • Difficult malodor conditions may require lower ratios such as 300 : 1
  • Light -duty odor controlling, 1000: 1

PRODUCT STABILITY:

  • Contains no gram negative bacteria
  • Shelf life: 1 year
  • Store in a cool dry location.  Avoid freezing and excessive heat.

PRODUCT HANDLING:

  • Avoid breathing mist
  • Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds
  • Do not digest. Consult MSDS for medical and protective equipment recommendations.
