NCM Odor Control has designed an easy to use, easy to install effective Odor Control System to treat Windrow Piles as they are turned. This Unit has On/Off switch located where the operator can easily turn the unit on and off as needed giving the site total control of this system.
The system will be attached directly to the windrow turning equipment. The customer can select a water tank ranging from 200 gallons to 350-gallon water tank to be mounted directly on the equipment. The spray bar will be plumbed to the back or exiting side of the unit to spray the “fresh” turned piles. The odor control neutralizer will be powered by a 3.5 GPM 12V pump which will also be mounted on the back of the unit. The neutralizer system will use 9 v-jet 5ft pattern spray nozzles to ensure total coverage of the freshly turned piles. The solution will be a mixture of water and NCM’S Odor Control Neutralizer.
The unit will be controlled by an on/off toggle switch controlled by the operator. This will give the operator total control of when to turn the unit on or off. Our systems team will do the installation and teach the site how to maintain and operate the unit before we leave.
